Our approach

These Guidelines describe how ConveYour designs, deploys, monitors, and improves AI-enabled capabilities used in recruiting workflows. Their purpose is to help customers use AI in a way that is transparent, secure, accountable, and appropriate for employment-related contexts.

ConveYour's goal is to support talent teams—not replace their judgment or assume responsibility for employment decisions. Customers remain responsible for their hiring policies, decisions, and compliance obligations.

Scope

These Guidelines apply to ConveYour AI-enabled features, the data processed by those features, employees and contractors who build or operate them, and third-party providers involved in delivering them.

They cover the full lifecycle of an AI capability: design, development, testing, release, customer use, monitoring, incident response, and retirement. They are especially relevant when a feature may affect candidates, recruiters, employees, or other individuals in an employment context.

Guiding principles

Human accountability

AI output is never positioned as the sole basis for an employment decision. People must be able to review, question, and override AI-assisted outputs.

Appropriate use

We design AI features for defined recruiting workflows and document their intended use, limits, and known risks.

Fairness and nondiscrimination

We assess material bias risks and take reasonable steps to test, monitor, investigate, and reduce identified issues.

Transparency

We explain relevant AI functionality, the role it plays in a workflow, and the controls available to customers.

Privacy, security, and data stewardship

Customer data remains customer data. We limit its use and access, protect it with appropriate safeguards, and follow authorized agreements and documented practices.

Traceability

We maintain records appropriate to the feature and risk so questions, decisions, and incidents can be investigated.

Reliability and safety

We test AI-enabled features before release, monitor them afterward, and address defects, misuse, unexpected behavior, and customer concerns.
