ConveYour supports transparent use of AI-enabled features in candidate-facing and employment-related workflows. People should be able to understand when AI plays a material role in an interaction or workflow, what it is being used for, and where to direct questions or concerns.

Transparency should be useful, not performative. Notices and explanations should use plain language and give the individual information that is relevant to the situation.

Customer-facing transparency

ConveYour will provide customers with clear information about relevant AI-enabled features, including:

• The feature's intended purpose and common use cases
• The types of inputs and outputs involved
• The role of human review and the limits of the feature
• Material known limitations or conditions that may affect output quality
• Available controls, configuration options, and records that support review
• Information customers may use to prepare their own candidate-facing notices and compliance processes

Candidate notice

Customers decide whether, when, and how to provide notices to candidates, based on their workflow, location, applicable law, and internal policies.

Where a candidate-facing interaction uses AI in a material way, ConveYour encourages customers to provide a concise notice that explains:

• That an AI-enabled tool may be used in the interaction or workflow
• The general purpose of the tool, such as assisting with communication, organizing information, or supporting human review
• Whether and how a person remains involved in the relevant process
• How the candidate can ask questions, request assistance, or raise a concern
• A link to the customer's privacy notice or other relevant information

A notice should not imply that AI makes an employment decision if it does not. It should accurately reflect the specific workflow.
