ConveYour designs AI-enabled capabilities to support informed human work. AI outputs are aids for review, not instructions that users must follow or independent decisions made by the system.
Customers should ensure that people using AI-enabled features understand the feature's intended purpose, limitations, and the need to exercise independent judgment. For employment-related workflows, customers should maintain human review appropriate to the significance of the action being considered.
Users must be able to review relevant AI-generated outputs before acting on them in consequential workflows. They should be able to:
Inspect the information and context supporting an AI-generated output
ConveYour will design product controls and workflow options that support appropriate human review where reasonably feasible.
Correct or supplement information when it is inaccurate or incomplete and disregard or override an AI-generated suggestion
Pause or stop use of an AI-enabled feature when its output appears unreliable, inappropriate, or inconsistent with the customer's policies
ConveYour maintains a process for employees and customers to report concerns involving AI-enabled features, including potential bias, inaccurate output, inappropriate content, security or privacy concerns, unexpected system behavior, or suspected misuse.
ConveYour reviews reports based on their severity and potential impact. The company may investigate the issue, preserve relevant records, take corrective action, communicate with affected customers as appropriate, and use the findings to improve the relevant feature or control.
Customers remain responsible for defining the roles authorized to use ConveYour, setting appropriate internal review procedures, and escalating employment-related concerns through their own human resources, legal, compliance, or other designated channels.
